Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Sat: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Job Scope: Oversee the full life cycle of real estate development project
Job Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Oversee the entire real estate development process, including feasibility studies, planning, construction, and delivery, ensuring efficient execution and cost control.
- Obtain necessary government approvals and coordinate with local authorities for building inspections, planning approvals, and project permits.
- Coordinate and manage consultants, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders, ensuring that projects proceed according to schedule and are successfully completed.
- Supervise contractors’ construction progress and quality, ensuring timely delivery while meeting project objectives and safety standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact, maintaining effective communication between all parties and reviewing architectural and engineering drawings to ensure compliance with regulations, technical standards, and design requirements.
2. Cost Control & Financial Management
- Manage project expenditures based on feasibility studies and financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with approved budgets.
- Monitor contract execution to ensure cost control measures are met within the project’s financial framework and development objectives.
3. Quality Management & Project Handover
- Ensure that project designs comply with economic, practical, regulatory, and market suitability standards.
- Implement defect management plans, addressing property defect complaints and ensuring smooth handover to buyers while enhancing customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with quality assurance standards and regulations across all project phases, ensuring all construction activities meet required specifications.
4. Reporting & Project Management
- Provide regular progress reports to management, track project milestones, and offer professional recommendations.
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple projects, exercising independent decision- making with minimal supervision, ensuring effective project execution and management.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management and/or site coordination for building projects.
