Job Position: Accounts and Finance Manager

salary Package: RM10,000-RM13,000

Working Hour: Mon – Fri: 9:00am – 6:00pm

Job Scope: Financial Accounting & Reporting (Accounting)

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

1.            Financial Planning & Budgeting

  • Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and expenditure management, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Analyze budget variances, implement corrective actions, and provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making.
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure optimal allocation of financial resources to support the company’s development projects.

 

2.            Financial Reporting & Compliance

  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of financial statements.
  • Handle full set of accounts, including financial reports, supporting schedules, and related documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance policies.
  • Oversee tax-related matters, including tax planning, transfer pricing policies, and regulatory submissions.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, company secretaries, and other external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.

 

3.            Cost Control & Risk Management

  • Assess and mitigate financial risks, ensuring the company’s financial stability and integrity.
  • Monitor financial performance, control expenditures, and implement measures to optimize cost eciency.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to safeguard company assets.

 

4.            Process Improvement & Team Leadership

  • Regularly review financial processes and implement improvements to enhance operational eciency.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and training to the finance team, fostering professional growth and development.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve financial issues and support cross- functional business needs.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or corporate finance.
