Job Scope: Overall responsibility over planning and development of projects

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall management of the project and be responsible for the overall planning and development of the development project.
• Manage and lead all departments of the entire real estate project development team.
• Manage, direct, and oversee development projects to ensure completion within assigned budgets, resources, and time constraints. Ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest quality.
• Build company teams, consultant teams, ensure project teams work towards achieving company and project goals, and lead professional teams through the development process.
• Monitor, supervise, coach and train the entire team to improve the efficiency, creativity, timeliness and quality of market positioning and branding.
• Responsible for identifying land for planned development, conducting research and product development, conducting feasibility studies (to ensure project viability), designing and constructing development projects. Prepare pre-development feasibility studies/analysis of potential returns on land investments through financial projections and market studies.
• Lead the selection of master plans, architectural, landscape, graphic and ID design direction, concepts and material finishes to support the overall concept set by the Board of Directors.
• Oversee the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure that the project achieves the set sales targets and meets the established business objectives.
• Report all work directly to the company's top executive director.  
• Other duties may be assigned by top management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Civil and Structural Engineering/Materials Surveyor/Business Management.
• At least 10-15 years of working experience in real estate and related industries with at least 5 years of management experience.
• Proven track record in high rise residential development.
• Self-motivated, results oriented with good interpersonal skills and proven ability to work independently.
