Position : Purchasing & Logistic Executive
Salary Range : RM3K - RM5K (Depend Experience)
Working Day & Hours : Monday to Friday 8.30am-5pm
Alternate Saturday 8.30am-12.30pm
Working area : Sungai Buloh
Company Background: Manufacturing fabricated plate work products.
Job Description :
- Source vendors for quotation and negotiate with suppliers for local & oversea purchases.

Issue and print Purchase Orders by using ERP system.

Receive goods direct go to overseas job sites, receive goods in HQ office, subcontractor bills for work done and sales commission to agents.

Follow up on delivery for local purchase which PO issued from HQ office.

Update PO/Receiving in excel and ERP in factory server.

Liaise with customers on confirmation shipping documents for each shipment arranged.

Deal with forwarders on shipping documents preparation and confirmation including Custom Form (K2).
- Involve in ISO 9001 internal audit and comply with purchasing and logistics procedures and work flows.
- Prepare new vendor list for vendors to fill and approved by MD
- Issue SCAR to vendors for reject or damage material and follow up on the solution as well as to update SCARs report.
- Undertake tasks to be assigned from superior from time to time.
Requirements :
•Possess at least 2 years of experience in Purchasing & Logistics in manufacturing environment
•Possess experience and knowledge of cooling tower product and ERP is an added advantage
•Good command and written of English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese
•Computer literate in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and Power-point)
•Good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills and able to interact with all levels of employee
