Salary Range: Basic : RM6,000 – RM8,000

Working Days: 6 days

Working Hours: 9am-5:30pm  

Location: Kulai, Johor

 

Job Description

  • Oversee the billing process and ensure accurate and timely invoicing of clients.
  •  Manage a team of billing specialists and provide leadership and support as needed.
  • Develop and maintain billing policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve billing efficiency and accuracy and implement strategies to achieve these goals.
  • Review and analyse billing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient billing operations.
  • Respond to billing inquiries and resolve billing issues as needed.
  • Prepare and present billing reports to senior management.
  • Credit control and credit assessment for customers.
  • Provide customer support to customers with disputes or inquiries concerning invoices or billing process.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

 

 Requirements:

1) Diploma or higher in related field.

2) Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing or credit control.

3) Strong leadership and management skills.

4) Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6) Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

7) Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to billing and collections.

8) Experience in wholesales of fruits and vegetables billing is a plus.
