Position: Finance Executive (R2R – Finance Shared Services)
Salary: MYR3,500 – MYR5,000
Working location: Bangsar South, KL
Working day Mon – Fri (Hybrid, 3 days office and 2 days WFH)
Working hours 9am to 6pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all financial activities are completed timely and in accordance with corporate timeline, guidelines and policies.
- Financial activities include, but not limited to: o Preparation and posting of journals.
- Monthly, quarterly and yearly closing activities and reporting. This includes preparation of financial statements and schedules.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation and schedules
- Analysis of accounts
- Ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness of financial transactions.
- Participate in process/continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with all stakeholders and as a team with other team members to ensure end deliverables and KPI are met.
- Perform all other related tasks assigned from time to time by Team lead/Head of FSSC.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in accounting and/or finance or professional qualifications.
- At least 1-3 years of working experience in a similar capacity.
- Experience within a shared services set-up is preferred.
- Meticulous, analytical and a high degree of agility.
- Proactive in resolving matters, while being able to manage time effectively.
- Highly committed and able to work independently.
- Stakeholder influencing; strong in communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment are essential.
- Experience in Business central (Accounting software), RPA (Uipath) is preferred.
