Job Description

  • Oversees the human resources department and ensure the functions and tasks being carried out by the HR team.
  • Providing consultation on strategic planning with top management to recruit, interview, and hire new staff.
  • Enforces management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
  • Involved in the continuously updated employment terms and sources of labour supply and developing a recruitment strategy to ensure the availability of cost-effective foreign workers in meeting the company's manpower needs.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal and state requirements (JTK, KDN, JKKP, Bomba, Majlis, etc.) conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organisation at hearings.
  • Understand the training needs of employees of various positions throughout the organization, proposing and coordinating training and development programs, including programs under the government-mandated HRDF.
  • Handle employee-related services, regulatory compliance, and employee relations.
  • Maintains historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system, keeping past and current records.

 

 

 

 

 Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management.
  • At least 2 year(s) of relevant working experiences in Manufacturing Environment/Foreign Workers Management.
  • Required Skills: Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices, employee relations and preparation of HR Policy drafting and procedure.
  • Experience in HR and administration, preferably in a supervisory or management role.
  • Good in Analysis and logical reasoning ability.
  • Great organizational skills, systematic thinking, accuracy, and attention to detail.
