Position: Account Executive

Industry: Manufacturer and distributors of resistors

Salary Package: RM 3200 - 5000                    

Working Location: Senai

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5.30pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accurate and timely submission of monthly/quarterly financial report
• Assist in general accounting function
• Handle fixed assets registration and fixed assets reporting package
• Overview for AP Payable function
• Prepare and furnish financial related data, report and information to management
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirement
• Other ad-hoc job assignment may be assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Finance /Accountancy or equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Preferably with experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel skills
• Having SAP software knowledge will be an added advantage
• Independent, self-motivated and team player
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Possess verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin because the candidates need to read and communicate with foreign customers who are mainly Chinese from China and Taiwan
