Position: Senior HR Associate

Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain Solution Company

Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm

Salary Range: Basic RM4,000~RM6,000

Job Description:

• Identifying and attracting potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and professional associations.
• Reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and assessing candidates' skills and qualifications.
• Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and developing targeted recruitment strategies.
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Nurturing positive candidate relationships and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Responsible for training coordination, performance appraisal processes
• Responsible for foreign worker management.
• Responsible to ensure smooth execution of employee development activities
• Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma holder
• With min 2 years relevant working experiences
• Candidate with proficiency in English (both spoken and written), Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
