Job Title : QC Manager

Salary Range : Up to RM7K (Depends on exp)

Working Hours : 8am – 6pm (5days work)

Working Location : Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Job Description :

• Read blueprints and instructions to comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies.

• Approve or reject raw materials based on quality standards and keep records of supplier performance.

• Select output samples and check them using appropriate methods (measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to specifications and etc.)

• Maintain records of tests, information, and metrics such as the number of defective products per day.

• Examine the quality of raw materials used in production.

• Understand customer expectations and needs for the product, design product specifications, ensure products meet legal and safety standards, and engage with customers to gather feedback.

• Supervise staff and monitor production standards.

• Improve production efficiency and manage waste.

• Inspect the entire production cycle to ensure efficiency and compliance with safety standards.

• Prepare and submit reports to the Managing Director.

 

 

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years experience as QC or QA role.

• Familiar with quality testing machines and system.

• Good knowledge of quality control standards methodologies.

• Familiar with Ms Office
