Position: Project Admin
Company Background: Steel Manufacturing
Working Location: Skudai, Johor Bahru
Working Hours: mon~fri : 830 ~530pm / sat : 830an~ 3pm
Salary Range: Up To Basic RM4.5k
Duties and Responsibilities
- Act as a resource for both routine and complex situations, offering guidance on department policies.
- Work on special projects and assist in the creation of reports, organizational charts, and guidelines.
- Create and manage processes like forms and checklists to improve the department’s efficiency.
- Lead administrative meetings, team-building events, and communicate best practices to enhance teamwork.
- Mentor new administrative assistants, providing training and guidance.
- Able to interpret BQ and drawings.
- Issue out POs, Dos, and arrangement for logistic accordingly
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Project clerk
- Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role will be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
