As an integral part of the marketing team, you will assist in developing, implementing and executing marketing campaigns company regional businesses. Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, your duties include, but are not limited to: branding, performance marketing, social media marketing, PR, tactical promotions, CRM, events management etc.

 

Job Description

Assist in developing and implementing online and offline marketing activities to achieve sales and marketing objectives. Your key scope is to:

 

PR & Communications

• Work closely with PR agencies in developing and establishing media and influencers relationships, optimizing and building earned media coverages and social exposures, and monitoring campaign performance.

 

Digital and Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage digital and online communications and execute digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist in CRM
  • Establish a regular content calendar for all social media channels.

 

Branding and Creative Development

  • Amplify global and regional assets with local adaptation, responsible to gatekeep all artworks development and marketing collaterals production to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Liaise with various departments to promote and execute marketing activities.

 

Marketing Management and other administrative duties

  • Liaise with internal business units and external parties including but not limited to vendors, agencies to ensure on-time delivery of launches and campaigns.
  • Ensure marketing budget is properly maintained.
  • Conduct competitive research and market analysis to identify market trend and target audience.

 

Partnership

  • Identify and coordinate partnership with external brands and businesses to drive more traffic to the business.
  • Establish good relationship with malls and to enhance awareness and presence.

 

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Minimum 4 years of digital and traditional marketing experience. Suitable candidates with minimum 6 years of experience may be considered for the Assistant Manager role.
  • Preferably from retail background.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills to be able to communicate and articulate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in the markets indicated.

Strong analytical skills and data driven approach.
