Position: Account Executive 

Company background: Seafood Distributor

Salary: MYR4,000 – MYR4,000

Working location: Sunway Velocity, KL

Working day Mon – Fri 8:30am-5:30pm, Sat 8:30am – 12:30pm

Working hours 9am to 6pm

Responsibilities:

• Communicating with clients and suppliers for accounts related matter.
• Handle full set of accounts.
• Prepare bi-weekly payment and generate daily invoices.
• Update monthly bank reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly closing account.
• Maintain proper filing and housekeeping of accounting record.
• Involved in stock-take activities.
• Laisse with external Auditor and Tax Agent.
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

 Requirements：

• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting field.
• LCCI /ACCA/CIMA/CPA/Degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Knowledge in accounting system (Autocount Accounting System) will be added advantage.
• Able to communicate in English.
