Position: Assistant Project Admin
Company Background: Data Center Supply Chain Solution Company
Working Location: Iskandar Puteri, Johor
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm, Sat 9am-1pm
Salary Range: Basic RM2,200~RM3,000
Duties and Responsibilities
- Keep track of the attendance for outsource workers
- Assist in hostel and meals arrangement for staffs
- Assist in company events or welfare activiteis
- Schedule meetings and take minutes.
- Order office supplies as needed.
- Prepare requested documents for team members.
- Assist in any company administrative works
Requirements:
Min SPM holder
- Fresh graduate welcomed
- Prior experience as a project administrator or a related administrative role will be an advantage
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
