Job Title : Senior Account Executive

Salary Range : RM4000 – RM6500

Working Hours : 9am – 6.30pm (Mon – Fri)

Working Location : Eco Botanik, JB.

Job Description :

• Handle day to day operations of accounting function.
• To handle full set of accounts: AP, AR, and G/L.
• Responsible for bookkeeping and filling.
• Cash management, reimbursement review, payment and etc.
• Prepare and submit management report and monthly ageing report.
• Monitoring of cash flow projection and preparation of monthly bank reconciliation statements.
• Financial Projection and Budgetary.
• Inter-company reconciliation and confirmation.
• Liaise with company secretary and auditor.
• Provide accounting consultation to stakeholders.
• Provide guidance to junior account.

Requirements :

• Required minimum 3 years of senior account executive experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCount System & Microsoft Office.
• Able to join immediate is an advantage.
