Position : Customer Service / Planning Executive 
Salary : RM2500-RM3500+
Working Hours : Regular office hours of 5.5 days with flexibility to address urgent customer issues as needed.
Working Location : Perindustrian Tebrau IV, JB

Job Descriptions : 

Responsibilities :-
1) Customer Service:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, orders, and complaints.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all information.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information about products, lead times, and order status.
- Handle complaints, returns, and other customer issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
2) Order Planning and Coordination:
- Coordinate with the production, logistics, and inventory teams to plan and schedule orders.
- Ensure all orders are processed within lead times and aligned with production capabilities.
- Monitor order statuses and update customers on any changes or delays proactively.
- Analyze order trends and customer needs to improve service levels and enhance the planning process.
3) Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, orders, complaints, and resolutions.
- Prepare regular reports on order statuses, customer satisfaction, and complaint resolution.
- Update ERP systems with relevant information to ensure data integrity and track progress.
- Work closely with the sales and finance teams to ensure timely invoicing and payments.

Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirement :-
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or a related field. 
- Minimum 2-3 years in customer service, order management, or a similar role, preferably within the Plastic Injection Molding industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
- Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). 
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction. 
- Familiarity with inventory management and production planning processes is a plus.
