Position: Logistic Executive
Salary Range: RM 4000 - 5500
Working Location: Gelang Patah

Working days: 5 working days
Working Hours: 9am-6pm

Job Description
- Responsible for the full spectrum of shipment and logistics arrangements for the company and preparation of logistics documents
- Follow Halal compliance in any logistic arrangements
- Supervise orders, monitor shipment status and resolve any logistical issues that may arise
- Organize local and international distribution of goods in Malaysia and Singapore
- Liaising with agents, drivers, Sales Department, Warehouse Department and other relevant parties to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor and follow-up with suppliers or customers to ensure on-time for logistics and accurate document submission
- Perform other ad hoc tasks
Job Requirement
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Must be experienced to supervise 3 or more drivers before.
- Able to conduct hands-on tasks for emergency backup
- Must be familiar or experienced with halal compliances on logistic
- Must be familiar to liaise with forwarder operation for logistic matters
- Must have GDL license
- Must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in logistic or any related field
