Position: E-Commerce Assistant

Salary Range: RM 3500 – 4500

Working Location: Sunway Citrine, 79250 Iskandar Puteri, Johor

Company Background: Home & Living E-Commerce Seller

Working days: 5 working days (Mon-Fri)

Working Hours: 9am – 6pm

Job Descriptions:

• Help manage product listings, pricing, and inventory on our e-commerce platform.
• Coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure timely order processing and shipping.
• Vendor and Supplier Relations:
  • Ordering of goods with suppliers in China and tracking logistics
• Customer Service:
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: diploma.
• Fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bilingual, fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English to deal with supplier in China and target market in Singapore
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Canva.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
