 Job Description

1) Lead, manage and oversee daily transport operations and logistics activities.

2) Plan and arrange duty rosters and shift schedules.

3) Monitor vehicle usage, maintenance schedules, and ensure compliance with safety and transport regulations.

4) Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations & renewal.

5) Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues or coordinate with workshop for repair.

6) Optimize routes and fleet utilization to improve efficiency.

7) Handle transport-related issues and provide timely solutions.

8) Perform other duties as assigned by management.

 

Requirements:

1) Minimum SPM or higher in related field.

2) Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.

3) Basic mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and repairs.

4) Strong leadership and team management skills.

5) Initiative, responsible and good working attitude.

6) Able to work well under pressure.
