Salary Range: Basic up to MYR40,000 (For candidate with excellent experience open for discussion) + Monthly KPI allowances

Working Hours: Monday -Friday, 8am to 5:30pm

Location: Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily business operations.
• Developing and implementing growth strategies.
• Monitoring and motivating staff, managing operational costs, ensuring good customer service, improving administration processes
• Creating and Allocating budget resources
• Formulating policies and improving revenue.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
• Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Ensuring sustainability, and meeting business objectives.

Job Requirement

• Degree in business management or a Master in business administration or Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be with experiences in metal stamping or metal processing industry.
• Good knowledge of different business functions including operation, finance and others.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
• Strong work ethic.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail.
• Computer literate.
• Proactive nature.
