Job Summary:
Seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our reception area, apparel outlet, and dance and piano class scheduling. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes for customers, managing retail sales, and coordinating class schedules. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Job Scopes
Reception Management
- Greet and assist customers as they enter the studio
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle customer inquiries
- Manage appointment bookings and provide information about services and classes
Apparel Outlet Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the apparel outlet, including inventory management and sales
- Ensure the outlet is well-organized, clean, and stocked with the latest merchandise
- Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Dance, Piano and Children’s centre Scheduling
- Coordinate and manage the scheduling of dance, piano and children’s centre classes
- Communicate with instructors and students to confirm class times and any changes
- Maintain accurate records of class schedules and attendance
Customer Check-In and Check-Out
- Facilitate the check-in and check-out process for customers attending classes and sessions
- Ensure all necessary paperwork and payments are completed accurately
- Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Administrative Duties
- Maintain customer records and update databases as needed
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on studio operations
- Assist with marketing and promotional activities as required

Qualifications
- Previous experience in a customer service or retail management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and scheduling software
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for dance, music, and fitness is a plus
