Working Hours : 9am - 6pm (Mon-Fri )
Working Location : Taman Molek, JB


Job Description :
-To handle customers enquiries in a friendly and professional manner 
-To match customer's requirements with helper's profiles & recommend most suitable helpers to the employers and close the sales 
-To arrange and conduct interviews between the employers and helpers 
-To provide after-sales follow-up and service
-Maintaining various source country domestics helpers' biodata and availability
-Perform a variety of tasks to offer exceptional service to customers.

Job Requirements :
- Must have experience working in Maid agency
- Good communication skills with good customer service
- Able to converse in multiple language will be an advantage
