- Liaison with SSM (Companies Commission of Malaysia):
Communicate and submit statutory forms and documents to SSM.
Ensure timely filing of company updates, including changes in directors, shareholders, and company addresses.
Track deadlines and ensure compliance with all SSM regulations.
- Preparation of Resolutions:
Draft and prepare board resolutions, special resolutions, and shareholders' resolutions for client companies.
Ensure that resolutions are accurate, compliant with legal requirements, and filed correctly.
- Annual Return Preparation:
Prepare and submit annual returns to SSM on behalf of clients.
Ensure that all necessary details, such as financial statements and company particulars, are included and accurate.
- Filing of Documents:
Handle the submission of statutory forms and returns, such as Form 24, Form 49, and others as required.
File documents received from SSM and LHDN, ensuring proper documentation and record-keeping.
- Liaison with LHDN (Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia):
Assist in preparing and filing documents related to tax compliance and corporate tax matters with LHDN.
Coordinate between clients and tax authorities regarding corporate tax filings and statutory requirements.
- Maintain Statutory Registers and Records:
Update and maintain statutory books and registers for clients, including the Register of Members, Directors, and Secretaries.
Ensure that all company records are up-to-date and meet legal requirements.
- Corporate Governance and Compliance:
Assist in ensuring that client companies comply with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Provide advice to clients on corporate governance best practices and changes in relevant laws.
- General Administrative Support:
Assist the company secretary in managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and ensuring smooth operations for compliance matters.
Maintain a proper filing system for client documents and ensure easy retrieval when needed.
- Ad-hoc Tasks:
Assist with other tasks related to secretarial duties as required by the company secretary or management.
Requirements :
-At least SPM or above.
-Minimum 1 year experiences will be an advantage.
-Able to work independently as well as a team player
