Position: Logistics Officer

Job Description
- Responsible for specific vehicle management, logistics and transportation management, warehousing management, customs declaration, customs clearance, etc. to ensure continuous delivery and smooth on-site construction.
- Formulate and improve various logistics management and service systems, be fully responsible for daily management work, and ensure the normality of the logistics transportation system
- Responsible for logistics to formulate cost budgets, conduct regular summary analysis, formulate cost control plans, and implement accordingly.
- Responsible for material inventory turnover.
- Timely and accurately formulate stocking and material demand plans, coordinate with relevant departments, and meet project site needs.
- Responsible for local customs declaration and clearance in Malay, and assist suppliers to solve problems
- Compilation of logistics and transportation processes, taking the lead in Malay local customs declaration and clearance
- Internal coordination among project functional department personnel and external coordination with service providers.
Job requirements
- Min Diploma and above
- SPM holder with good and relevant experience can be considered
- Min 1 year and above relevant experience in logistics management

Job description
Customer Service Leadership (70%): As Head of Corporate Secretarial, you will be overseeing the cross-functional team and ensure the seamless execution of daily operations within the corporate secretarial firm. Actively collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve client service delivery. Consistently provide guidance and mentorship to the team, empowering them to independently practice internal policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Subject Matter Expert to Compliance (30%): You will be responsible for reviewing and updating the company’s Annual Compliance Protocol (Internal Policies Procedures Controls - IPPC), ensuring adherence to Singapore regulatory ACRA standards. You will be supporting the Founder in identifying and evaluating potential target markets for the Corporate Secretarial (CorpSec) business, providing insights and strategic recommendations.

- Compulsory to equip with strong knowledge of the Singapore Companies Act, ACRA requirements, and corporate governance practices.
