Job Details:

• Perform general HR duties
• Assist in monthly payroll/preparing payroll reports
• Assist in admin & clerical works
• Manage and arrange training staff / activities
• Maintain employees’ leaves, medical and attendance record. Keeping track of employees’ attendance / absenteeism and report to HOD.
• Manage training staff development function / activities, plan and budget training schedule which align with employee competencies and HRDF.
• To handle disciplinary issue, staff counselling, motivation and other industrial or employee relation matters.
• Handle medical bills/ checking bills from panel clinic
• Handling foreign workers matters/wages & hostel
• Familiar employment act
• Orientation for new staff join
• Handling offboarding process such as exit interview and return assets process/check list

Job Descriptions

• Formulate and implement HR strategies.
• Oversea and lead the HR team to carry out personnel work such as employee retention, employee relation management, employee compensation plan, training and etc.
• Customize recruitment solutions according to restaurant talent needs, organize and implement recruitment activities.
• Responsible for identifying, selecting, establishing, and maintaining suitable recruitment channels, and constantly developing and utilizing various recruitment channels to meet the restaurant's talent needs.
• Responsible for establishing talents successor plan and talent resources plan.

Requirement

• Degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management position
• At least 3 years of recruitment experiences, with strong recruitment strategy & planning ability.
• Strong teamwork spirit
• Enthusiastic, proactive, excellent communication skills
• Above to withhold work pressure

Admin Executive | 6 days | up to SGD6,000 | SG | AH

Job Descriptions

• Handling various administrative and clerical responsibilities such as answering phone calls, taking and conveying messages, making appointments, ordering office supplies, etc
• Handling and managing calendar schedules of management, making copies of required documents for the meetings, making travel arrangements, booking hotels and conference rooms, arranging for audio-video equipment for the meetings
• Assist with new company setup administrative tasks.
• Liaisoning with internal and external agencies for smooth administrative functioning
• Coordinating with the housekeeping staff for daily activities

• Min Degree and above in any disciplines
• Strong communication still and interpersonal skills
