Job Description

1. Using radiographic equipment, including surgical and portable equipment to do x-rays
2. Prioritizing patients to complete all scheduled appointments and allow for emergency procedures
3. Monitoring the radiographic equipment and supplies and ensuring there are sufficient supplies by submitting purchasing request proactively
4. Analyzing and reporting the results of x-rays to Doctors
5. Handling phone calls from patients and Doctors to answer technical questions and offer pre-procedure guidance

 Job Requirement

1. Knowledge of medical procedures and medicine
2. Outstanding thinking and reasoning skills
3. Proficiency in the use of computers and the most popular software packages
4. Knowledge and understanding of biology
5. Ability to work independently, but also as a part of a healthcare team
6. Sensitivity and understanding towards patients during procedures
7. Excellent attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure
8. Physical strength to assist with the lifting or moving of patients to ensure their positioning is correct for the specific procedure
9. Analyzing and reporting x-ray results to Doctors
10. Monitoring all radiographic supplies and submitting purchase requests to maintain proper supply levels

Job Description

• Administer and execute paperwork to ensure smooth.
• Organize and file daily documents.
• General support services including photocopying, sending /receiving fax and email correspondence.
• To monitor and maintain regular records of all office administrative operation report.
• Assist and perform other duties / projects as assigned by Superior.
• Retrieve and update stock status and ensure that correct quantity and codes are being used.
• Manage office supplies and bills.
• Arrange and maintain record for office stock and replenish when necessary.
• To provide reporting documents to management.

Requirement

• SPM level
• Age below 30
• Fresh grad welcome
• Knowledge of Microsoft office.
• Female preferred
• Chinese preferred

Salary : 2.8k + bonus

Job Description:

• Provide consistent support function for staff payroll, recruitment, personal files, performance appraisal, confirmation, staff disciplinary, compensation & benefits, performance management and etc.
• Executions of administrative tasks- Utilities bill, stationery management or etc.
• To assist in documentation preparation for Immigration matters i.e. Visa application, Permit Renewal application and etc.
• To update various leave computation i.e. Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization Leave, Maternity Leave, Compassionate Leave, Unpaid Leave and Absenteeism.
• To perform any other duties as instructed by the Management from time to time.

Requirements:

• Required Language: English and Mandarin
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and etc.)
• Fresh grade are welcome to apply
