Rest Day : Dep on company’s arrangement

Working Hours : 9.30am - 7pm (Mon－Fri), 10am - 4pm (Sat & Sun)

Job Descriptions :

- Evaluating clients’ beauty needs by asking questions and performing skin analysis

- Performing treatment techniques on clients’ face, hands, feet, and back

- Explaining all treatment procedures to clients

- Performing various skin treatments according to clients’ needs, such as peels, facials, and skin rejuvenation treatments

Requirements & Remarks :

- With working experience as a beautician

- Chinese, Female, Age 20-35

- Able to start work on next month (Jan 2023)

- Annual leave (as per Labour Law)

Year 1 to 2 - 8 days per year

Year 2 to 5 - 12 days per year

Year 5 and above - 16 days per year

- Training will be provided

- 2 clinics in Ipoh, 2 in Selangor, 1 in JB and Penang

Admin Clerk | Ipoh, Perak | Up To RM2300 | PN

Admin Clerk

Basic Salary : RM2000 – RM2300

Working Location : Ipoh, Perak

Company Background: Aesthetic Clinic - Compounding Pharmacy

Rest Day : 2 days, dep on the company’s arrangement (normally Sat & Sun)

Working Hours :

** Will reconfirm when interview

1) Morning Shift (6 days/week)

Mon – Fri : 8.30am – 5.30pm

Sat & Sun : 8.30am – 3pm

2) Late Shift (6 days/week)

Mon – Fri : 10am – 7pm

Sat & Sun : 11.30am – 6pm

Job Descriptions :

- Issuing invoices

- Reconciling stocks (skincare)

- Handle the system with accounts

- Manage documents and cash bank in by banking staff

- Update purchase invoice in the system

- Tally Petty Cash

Requirements & Remarks :

- Min SPM/STPM, preferably with a Diploma

- Prefer with working experience but fresh graduates are welcome to apply

- Preferably bi-lingual. MUST understand and speak fluent English and Mandarin (If do not understand and speak Mandarin, can apply also)
