Job Description
- Performing bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts receivable/payable, and budget tracking.
- Assist in reviewing and revising administrative rules and regulations and organize and manage daily administrative work.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support including producing regular payroll, job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations.
- Organize, maintain office documentation and data entry as required.
- Responsible for the inventory of office supplies, equipment, and furniture. Conduct properly the registration and filing of receipts and inventory distribution.
- Coordinate and manage travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, hotel, and visa applications.
- Performing other relevant duties when needed.
Job Requirement
- 2-3 years’ office administration experience.
- Proficient in English and be able to communicate in Chinese.
- Proficient in a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point and Access).
- Good knowledge of office management and accounting process.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Availability to travel to headquarter in Singapore at least 1day/week.
