Job Descriptions

• Formulate and implement HR strategies.
• Oversea and lead the HR team to carry out personnel work such as employee retention, employee relation management, employee compensation plan, training and etc.
• Customize recruitment solutions according to restaurant talent needs, organize and implement recruitment activities.
• Responsible for identifying, selecting, establishing, and maintaining suitable recruitment channels, and constantly developing and utilizing various recruitment channels to meet the restaurant's talent needs.
• Responsible for establishing talents successor plan and talent resources plan.

Requirement

• Degree in relevant field
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management position
• At least 3 years of recruitment experiences, with strong recruitment strategy & planning ability.
• Strong teamwork spirit
• Enthusiastic, proactive, excellent communication skills
• Above to withhold work pressure
