34578 ST-C(M35) Production Supervisor
Salary Range: RM6k – RM10k
Working Hours: 8.30am-5.30pm (Mon-Fri), 8.30am-12.30pm (Sat)
Working Location: Senai, Johor Bahru
Company Background: Company mainly provides a comprehensive product range from hot pot bases, hot pot dipping sauces to compound seasonings.
Job Scope:
• Production Planning
• Plan and draw up a production schedule
• Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate.
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
• Monitor productivity rates and product standards and implement quality control programmers
• Control Wastage Level
• Monitor production to resolve issues
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
• Production 5S Standard
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers
• Review worker performance and identify training needs
• Set and operate the quality standard
• Organize the repair of any damaged equipment
• Select equipment and take responsibility for its maintenance
• Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and negotiating and agreeing budget with both clients and managers.
• Collate and analyses data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers
• Analysis – daily stock in, usage, wastage, stock in production, WIP goods, finished goods produced
• Production cost analysis – include all types of production expenses
• Production efficiency study, the input for the labor and the production output capacity.
Requirement & Remarks:
• Required 2 years related working experiences from FOOD Industry.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
• Demonstrate strong professional ethics, teamwork spirit and responsibility.
