Job Position: Customer Service Officer (Front Desk)
No.of Pax : 5pax
Company Background: Training Center
Office : Bendermeer RD,
Working Hours: 9am ~ 6pm (Mon~ Fri), 9am ~1pm (Sat)
Salary Range : $2,300 ~ $2,800
Benefit : 13mths Bonus, Medical leave claim 

Job Description: 
1.Handle general enquiries and registration for walk-in customers at the counter;
2.Courier arrangements  Refreshments order/ Logistics arrangement (based on schedule)
3.Issuance/ Collection and maintenance of trainer’s kit (remote, markers etc.) and log book;
4.Certificate and/or cards issuance to trainees and maintenance of certificates filing cabinet;
5.Registration and verification of trainees’ entry requirements and supporting documents;
6.Finalization and confirmation of course attendance on day 1 (e.g. collect IDs copies, check names and IDs);
7.Be proactive in responding and managing enquiries such as promptly attending to email enquiries and phone calls regarding examination results, certificates and/or cards status etc after verifying caller’s identity and payment status;
8.Follow up with companies and trainees on learning outcome survey forms, compiling the data and preparing analysis for Principal’s review;
9.Ensure proper and complete records for filing (including all hard copy and E-filing) for all training registrations;
10.Ensure proper hand-over to respective departments and relevant persons in the process flow;
11.Adhere to company’s confidentiality policies;
12.Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Job Requirement
1.Competent in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Navision);
2.Meticulous, systematic, organised and ensure proper and complete records for filing;
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong rapport with clients and the ability to relate well at all levels;
4.Able to work independently without much supervision;
5.Well rounded team player to build efficiency and foster a strong team environment;
6.Good coordination and organizational skills  Possess strong work ethic.
