34194 ST-C(A35)M - Café Store Manager

Salary Range: SGD$1.8k - SGD$2.8k (dep on exp)

Working Hours: 44hrs per week (6 days work)

Working Location: Millenia Walk, Singapore

Company Background: Cafe mainly serve good specialty coffee and handcrafted bakes accessible.

Job Scope:

• Assist on daily operational of cafe outlet

• Training, and supervising café staff.

• Preparing weekly work schedules for staff.

• Receiving delivered café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.

• Taking inventory of café supplies and ordering new stock as needed.

• Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.

• Manage simple food preparation and production

• Maintain high quality standard of all product

 

Requirements & Remarks:

• At least 2 years or above of working experience in related roles. (F&B Outlet Manager)

• Have basic knowledge about barista skills and interested to learn.

• Strong communication skills to lead team and handle cafe issue

• SPM qualification or above

• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin

• Able to attend physical interview in Singapore
