Position: Stall Cook
1. $1,425 (Commis Cook - basic cook experience in kitchen)
2. $1,500-$1,575 (Demi Cook - min 2-3 years of cook experience in western food)
3. $1,775-$1,975 (Chef De Parties - min 7-10 years of supervisory experience in western foods)
Working Hours: 9am-5pm //OR// 2pm-10pm - 8 hours/day (6 days’ work)
Working Location: Island Wide, Singapore (open location upon IPA approval)
Company Background: Our client has a lot of western halal stalls in Whole Singapore
1. Housing/ Commuting Allowance: $300

5. OT: 1.5 / 2.0 rate (If any OT needed, according MOM guideline)
• Assist head of Chef with the kitchen work.
• Assist to cook western-style barbecue & frying food preparation
• Preparation and cooking food according to assigned menus.
• Sorting, storing and distributing ingredients.
• Ensure high standard of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in the kitchen at all times.
Requirement & Remarks:
• Commis Cook - basic cook experience in kitchen
• Demi Cook - min 2-3 years of cook experience in western food
• Chef De Parties - min 7-10 years of supervisory experience in western foods
• Able to speak simple English
• Have strong interests in western cooking and master basic cooking techniques
• Can accept travel daily by public bus
