Position : Customer Relationship Executive
Salary Range : SGD2,200 - SGD3,200
Working Hours : 9hrs per day (Rotate Shift)
Working Day : 5 days working days after 3 months probation (2 days off on weekdays)
Working area : Singapore - Upper Thomson Road

Job Description :
Handle Customer Services functions such as:
- Provide course consultation to prospective customers
- Convert customers’ enquiries into actual enrolments
- Support existing customers on admin and curriculum matters
- Support centre teachers on admin and curriculum matters
- Review and improve in customers' service quality and satisfaction
- Work with Marketing team on data collection and analytics
- Liaise with teachers and parents pertaining to feedbacks / students' progress
Handle Operational duties such as:
- Review workflows and processes, discuss and take corrective actions to better them
- Coordinate and facilitate classes to ensure smooth running of all classes
- Assess, utilise and manage the Student Management System
- Process students’ enrolments and study material requirements
- Ability to work on weekends and public holidays
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a diploma / Bachelor's Degree.
- Experienced with Customer Service industry before be more advantage
- More prefer interpersonal communication, Customer Engagement, Pre/Post Sales
- Good Interpersonal skills & Team Player
- Effectively bilingual in English & Mandarin (Both write & spoke)
